The house had everything we needed - cool appliances, comfy beds, and even a TV in the bedroom for late-night movie marathons. Plus, the location was spot-on, just a short walk away from the best bars and restaurants in town. We had an absolute blast exploring Belfast and creating memories with our squad!
The only thing we wished for was a cooler hangout spot in the house. It would have been perfect if there was a game room or a chill area where we could unwind and have some fun after a night out.

The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was near the shopping center and offered easy access to various attractions. The modern décor of the rooms and the cleanliness were commendable. The beds were comfortable, and the hot shower was a great advantage. Additionally, the kitchen was well stocked with cooking facilities.
The communication from the owner/agency was poor, with unclear instructions and even providing the wrong access code. This caused inconvenience and frustration for us.

During our recent visit to Belfast, my mother and I stayed at the Family Town House, which exceeded all our expectations. We were in town to be with a terminally ill family member, making our trip emotionally challenging. However, the clean and well-equipped accommodations provided a much-needed respite. The easy-to-use appliances, cozy bedroom with a TV , and a delightful backyard where we could unwind added to our comfort. The central location allowed us to explore Belfast on foot and had convenient bus access. The thoughtful provision of tea, coffee, and basic essentials made us feel right at home. The numerous TV channels and straightforward operation were an added bonus. The kindness and flexibility of the staff truly touched us, turning our tears into smiles. We will definitely be returning, although circumstances may not allow it to be too far in the future. It would be great to receive a discount as returning customers, if available.
Can recommend this hotel.

I had an amazing stay at this townhouse in Belfast. The location was fantastic, just a short distance from the city center. It was so convenient to have everything within walking distance or a short taxi ride away. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the bathroom and shower were clean and well-maintained. The kitchen and lounge area were spacious, perfect for a group of four like us. Additionally, the hotel provided all the necessary amenities and even had a lovely back garden where we could enjoy the beautiful weather. The TV in the bedroom was a nice touch and my mom especially loved it. this place exceeded my expectations for the price.
For us, this place was ideal.

I recently stayed at a lovely house in a great location in the center of town. The house was clean and had plenty of towels, which was a plus. The host was exceptional, providing quick responses to any queries and even offering us last minute accommodation when our flight was cancelled. I can't wait to visit again!
One drawback was the poor communication and lack of clear instructions for using the door. We were stuck outside for an hour until we finally received the access code, which turned out to be wrong.

The bathroom with a shower was great - it was clean and had good water pressure. As a family, we appreciated having a spacious bathroom to get ready in the morning.
Personally, I found only having one bathroom to be a bit inconvenient, but others might not mind.

Great location, close to the city center. Easy access to restaurants, bars, and transportation.
The house was not well-maintained. Dusty bedrooms and skirting, broken handrail on the stairs, and a leak with no hot water.

The location was super convenient, just a stone's throw away from the city centre. We had a blast exploring all the cool spots like the Titanic Belfast and the Ulster Museum. The house itself was cozy and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a great time. Beds were so comfy, perfect for crashing after a night out. Best vacation ever!
The only thing we wish was different about our stay was that the house didn't have a dedicated party room or a cool hangout spot for young people like us. It would have been amazing to have a mini dance floor or a game room.

Mountain views were stunning, felt like I was in an episode of Game of Thrones. The shared lounge was perfect for eavesdropping on other guests' conversations, highly entertaining. WiFi and parking were free, so my wallet thanked me for once.
Leaky shower was such a unique experience, I now know what it's like to be caught in a rainstorm while sipping tea. Pots and pans were ancient relics, perfect for starting my own smoke-filled chimney.

Got to enjoy some lovely mountain views while sitting in the garden, which was a nice touch. Also, had the luxury of complimentary WiFi and private parking - what a treat!
Just a minor inconvenience, but the shared lounge was a little too communal for my taste.

Our stay at the Family Town House was fantastic. The host, Zoe, was extremely helpful and went out of her way to resolve any issues we had. The house was tidy and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, being within walking distance of the city center and eliminating the need for transportation. We would definitely stay here again if we ever find ourselves in Belfast.
We felt incredibly welcome here and had no complaints whatsoever.
